Post your house washing before and after pictures
This thread is for house washing before and after pictures. What are you guys using for your house washes? how long do they take?
This 2400sf 2 story house took me 2 hours. I used simple cherry & SH on the house and gutters. Rinsed with Plex-master for mildew resistance and shiny windows!

Those are some great pics. I've been so busy looking at dirty roofs that I've ignored looking at the condition of the siding. I better start paying better attention. Great Job guys. Can't wait to be in your shoes

Stone houses can get a HUGE curb appeal boost with a house washing!
As per your request Mike,
I have made this house wash thread and the entire ADD ON Services thread PUBLIC so all customers of soft washing and house washing can view all of your and others amazing work on restoring siding and brick and stone and vinyl and aluminum. I know many of you cleaning contractors restore and beautify home and comme****l exteriors, including stucco and Dryvit surfaces as well, don't you?
Do all of you guys do those surfaces as well?

Mike, looks like what you're using is working well. What's the mix?
Simple Cherry and SH downstreamed. Its that easy! Plex-master for my final rinsing on siding and windows is an up sell.
I met Bob from Pressure-Tek today at the Kentucky pressure washing round table. He knows his stuff and sells quality equipment / chems. I plan on using him for all future builds.
ROOF JUICE!! - I love it. My juice looks more like lemonade.

Louisville House Washing looking good, REALLY Good! Mike buddy, you really know your pressure cleaning and roof cleaning KY areas. Thats the way to do it. As with cleaning any roof, start at the peak and work your way down from left to right, top to bottom. The same goes for working in most any neighborhood, anywhere in the USA.
Just start at the top of the street and work your way down either side, passing out brochures or doorhangers after completing the job or even before you start. I prefer to pass out fliers, etc. BEFORE the job so as to get the neighborhoods anticipation to see what we're up to and how the cleaning job we do will turn out so they are on the lookout and are aware of the before and after. Again, nice house washing before and after pics. Thanks for sharing them !
